Our Commitment to You During this Health Crisis & Beyond

Share

First, thank you for your continued dedication to the care of your patients during this health crisis.

You are on the front line helping your patients support their immune health, deal with the anxiousness and symptoms of stress that spread as quickly as COVID-19, as well as continuing to address their already present health concerns. We are honored to work with you through this period in history to maintain the health of humanity.

We are Committed to Supporting Your Patients and Practices During this Health Crisis and Always

Sanesco® and NeuroLab® are open for business. We are accepting customer service calls, orders, processing NeuroLab kits, as well as providing clinical interpretations and support with the high level of service you have come to expect in a timely manner.

To provide additional support to you and your patients, we are taking steps to make neuroendocrine testing and Targeted Nutritional Therapies™ (TNT) more feasible for a telehealth environment. These steps will enable you to continue to provide the high-quality care your patients expect while maintaining the safety of your staff or complying with “Shelter in place” orders.

  • We are taking steps to make shipping of kits and TNT formulas directly to patients more feasible.
  • Digital communication is the best way to stay in touch with your patients and explain your services. We are here to help you do it. Expect to see new digital tools for your use such as emails, social media posts, and more. These tools can be used to help educate your patients about the importance of neuroendocrine health, especially the critical impact of stress on the immune system and overall health.
  • We continue to offer free return shipping on completed collection kits. Remind patients that they can call FedEx to pick up their kits, so they can remain in their homes.

Please check your emails and the practitioner portal for details and access to these tools.

Protecting Our Staff to Continue to Serve You and Your Patients

To maintain the health and safety of our staff, only employees needed to process lab tests or ship and receive orders are coming into the facility. All necessary steps for maintaining a clean, safe work environment are being taken, so that we can continue to provide these services without interruption.

The only change you may expect to see is if you have requested printed reports. Due to the minimal in-house staff, Sanesco is temporarily suspending the mailing of printed reports. We will continue securely emailing and faxing results to customers who have requested these methods. Final reports can be found at https://neuro360.app. We recommend utilizing this secure online service for accessing patient reports.

Our Customer Service and Clinical Support staff are working from the safety of their homes to answer your calls and provide support. We have taken steps to ensure they have the necessary equipment to continue to provide safe and secure service as they help with processing orders, providing results, and offering clinical support.

Please contact our customer service team with any questions. We are open to any and every idea that could support you, your clinic, and your patients.

We are proud to serve you and your patients—now and at all times.
