How Does the NeuroWellness Program™ Work?
The NeuroWellness Program™ is a cycle with three components: connecting neuroendocrine testing through lab test partners, personalized neuroendocrine reporting, and Targeted Nutritional Support™.
The journey to wellness is unique for each patient. Typically, we recommend 3 cycles on average depending on the patient’s picture and wellness goals. Each cycle includes retesting, which gives the healthcare provider and patient an opportunity to check progress and refine their wellness plan as quality-of-life metrics improve.
With the NeuroWellness Program, healthcare providers may gain valuable insight into their patients’ neuroendocrine health and receive relevant data to help develop a unique path to wellness specific to each patient. Our Scientific Wellness Advisors are experts in neuroendocrine balance and are available to support healthcare providers every step of the way.
Lab Testing Connections
Patients collect urine and/or saliva samples using simple, in-home specimen collection kits and ship their specimen(s) to our lab partners for testing. Healthcare providers may use objective data from these test results to identify and target scientific pathways connected to their patient’s occasional symptoms and neuroendocrine imbalances.
Functional (non-diagnostic) testing to support healthcare providers in creating protocols for their individual patient starts with baseline activity, with additional data points to help complete the patient picture.
Each in-home kit contains a Wellness Form for the patient to complete. Full and honest completion of the Wellness Form is important for tracking the impact of each patient’s occasional symptoms and wellness goals. It also provides valuable information for the healthcare provider to consider with their support and recommendations.
