L-theanine as Suntheanine® (standardized to >99%) L-Theanine intake is shown to restore balanced relaxation by balancing multiple internal mechanisms, leading to increased healthy GABA activity and decreased norepinephrine activity.*5,6
Taurine (as taurate free base) Source of taurine, an amino acid molecularly bound to magnesium. Taurine is an inhibitory neuromodulator that can activate healthy glycine receptors, and act as a GABA-A receptor agonist while increasing GABA activity to restore balance.7
Magnesium (as magnesium bisglycinate) Bioavailable form of magnesium as well as a source of glycine, an inhibitory neurotransmitter.
