Sanesco Health's 3-step process

What is the Communication System Management™ (CSM) Clinical Model?

Optimal function of the HPA Axis is achieved through balancing the levels of the primary neurotransmitters and adrenal hormones that are the key chemical messengers within the Axis. Sanesco has developed a 3-step clinical model to assess, correct and restore patient HPA-T imbalances. Statistics show success of the Communication System Management™ (CSM) clinical model in over 70% of patient cases.

The CSM™ Clinical Model is comprised of 3 Steps:

Step One: Baseline Assessment with Sanesco’s Neurotransmitter and Hormone Laboratory Testing, through NeuroLab™ Services

The process begins with a non-invasive take-home collection kit for the patient to test the six major and clinically relevant neurotransmitters and adrenal hormones. After precise analyzation by NeuroLab®, our CLIA/COLA accredited laboratory, this baseline assessment identifies any deficiencies or excesses of the patient’s levels and serves as a benchmark for the subsequent tests to monitor improvement in levels.

Our most comprehensive and recommended lab testing panel is the HPA profile. The HPA Profile includes 1 urine collection and 4 saliva collections throughout the course of one day. Neurotransmitters are measured from a single urine sample (Serotonin, Norepinephrine, Epinephrine, Dopamine, GABA and Glutamate), while the adrenal hormones Cortisol and DHEA-s are measured from four saliva samples.

Step Two: Correlation Analysis Report – Up Close and Personal

The Correlation Analysis Report provides a window into the patient’s neuroendocrine system by reporting laboratory values in comparison to clinically-established optimal ranges, and correlating the identified imbalances with patient symptoms, demographics, current medications, dosages, and lifestyle factors and biochemical individuality which is completely personalized to each patient. The Correlation Analysis can be extremely powerful to share with the patient, as often this is the first time patients are provided real understanding as to possible imbalances contributing to why they are experiencing their symptoms.

Step Three: Targeted Nutritional Therapy™ (TNT) – Rebuilding the Body’s Neurotransmitters and Hormones Naturally

Sanesco’s therapeutic protocol includes our all-natural neuroendocrine line of Targeted Nutritional Therapy™ (TNT) formulas, designed to elicit specific metabolic responses for the restoration of function in the HPA-T axis.* TNT™ is a natural approach using low dosages of the safest and most efficacious natural ingredients, enhanced by a unique, proprietary delivery system blend.

TNT™ formulas work in concert to specifically address inhibitory function, excitatory function, and adrenal support to key areas of HPA-T axis function. The formulas are produced at a cGMP certified manufacturing facility with a steadfast commitment to quality assurance. We use only the most standardized, researched and purest forms of ingredients from the most reputable sources in the world, and we use high-quality, branded ingredients that have gone through rigorous clinical trials to ensure clinical efficacy through a safe, non-drug approach.

When it comes to finding the best way to deliver key amino acids and nutrient precursors to assist the body in addressing neurotransmitter and adrenal hormone imbalances, there is nothing on the market that comes close to Sanesco’s Targeted Nutritional Therapy™ symphony of formulas.

Neuro Support Blend™ (NSB)

Sanesco’s formulas also include a proprietary blend of enzymes, called Neuro Support Blend™ (NSB), to maximize absorption of ingredients. This in turn allows us to use a lower percentage of active ingredients to reduce side effects and cost. TNT™ formulas are statistically proven to be the most effective therapeutic treatment on the market for improving specific neurotransmitter and hormone imbalances.

Maintenance: Periodic Retesting

Just like with any life adjustment, changes cannot occur overnight.  Imbalance anywhere in the system affects balance everywhere in the system. Rebalancing the HPA-T Axis is an intricate process – an art and science that we have mastered.  It requires practitioner monitoring and patient compliance over time to achieve optimal clinical outcomes. We recommend retesting once a year to maintain optimal balance. Read more about the importance of retesting.

Sanesco’s complete line of Targeted Nutritional Therapy™ products: with formulas specifically designed to rebalance neurotransmitters and adrenal hormones and including the highest quality, all natural ingredients, many of which offer FDA-approved claims for clinical efficiency.

Our team’s clinical expertise, on-staff clinician support, complimentary interpretations, education and hands-on training mean better results for practitioners and their patients. The reason why we choose to specialize in optimizing HPA-T Axis function is because of the pivotal role it plays in the body’s Communication System as a whole.

Upstream biochemical imbalances found in the critical messengers of this axis can contribute to the manifestation of cognitive function issues, mood disorders and other symptoms and conditions such as: depression, anxiety, insomnia or sleep concerns, Alzheimer’s, dementia and memory loss, impairments of focus and attention, PTSD, weight issues, metabolic syndrome, blood sugar regulation, diabetes, chronic pain, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, sexual health, menopause, autism, ADD/ADHD, and addictions. Optimizing function of the HPA-T Axis has a positive effect on the rest of the neuroendocrine system and balancing the body’s Communication System as a whole. This creates our clinical model which is key to addressing a plethora of symptoms and conditions, and optimizing health and overall quality of life.

Lab Technology and Procedures: Is the equipment the most advanced and precise?
Neurolab® has recently invested in a new LC-MS (liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry) system. One of the most advanced of its kind, it was purchased to further the analysis and research of the biomarkers associated with HPA Axis function. The LC-MS system is the gold standard used to measure small molecules such as monoamines and catecholamines, and is found only in the most advanced laboratories. Additionally, we confirm our high operating standards through independent, 3rd party verification of our quality systems, processes, and procedures. NeuroLab® results are accurate, reliable, and reproducible.

Our mission is to provide practitioners with clinical tools to open a window into their patients’ neuroendocrine system. As patient demand for integrative healthcare options increases, we aim to support this growing need by partnering with practitioners, like you, whose current clinical approach and healing philosophy aligns with our mission.
